Amazing Pyramids

Amazing Pyramids is a word game that takes you to different locations of Egypt to solve puzzles and discover the secrets of an ancient city.

The game has great graphics that beautifully illustrate the landscapes of the place and original tunes that accompany the game very well.

The gameplay consists in completing the words in the pyramid by clicking on the right letters, all this in a limited time. The blue bar in the middle indicates the energy you use to solve a puzzle, and every letter you click will take off a portion of it. When you click on a correct letter, it will appear on the pyramid and, if you dare, you can use the Magic Stone to guess the whole word and receive extra points plus some additional energy. This is very helpful to keep your energy up in the first levels, as the game is quite challenging and gives you very few chances to make mistakes. Some words contain special tiles, and guessing the letter on them can give you extra time, energy, or bonus points. For each word you complete you will receive points, and the energy bar will be refilled with the letters that remain in the grid.

The game has two game modes - adventure and classic. In adventure mode you follow the steps of a group of scientists who are in search of an ancient city, solving puzzles that reveal some clues about the search. In classic mode your only objective is to reach the highest score possible.

Although the game looks quite easy, the impression is misleading. In fact, you need to be very precise and try not to make many mistakes, particularly in the first levels where there are no hints and you may run out of energy quite fast.
